By accessing the Sentinel Digital website or Client Portal, you agree to comply with the following protocols. These terms ensure the security and reliability of our network for all users.
01. Acceptable Use
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass security measures, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with service delivery. Any unauthorized attempt to access our backend infrastructure or the data of other clients will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
02. Intellectual Property
All content, including the Sentinel logo, interface design, and Knowledge Base records, are the exclusive property of Sentinel Digital. You are granted a limited license to view and download materials for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
03. Liability & Warranty
While we strive for 100% uptime and total security, services are provided "as is." Sentinel Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from system outages or third-party interference beyond our reasonable control.
04. Portal Integrity
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. If you suspect a breach of your hardware key or password, you must notify Sentinel Digital immediately to trigger lockout protocols.
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in revocation of access to the Sentinel Network.
